May 2026 – Fresh Regulation 14 Consultation
Following new advice from Rother Planners about timeline and housing numbers in April 2026, Rye Town Council has agreed to further modifications of the July 2025 version of the reviewed Neighbourhood Plan. The modifications are reflected in the updated Modification Statement and supporting papers below.
Rother Planners have also advised that Rye Town Council should manage a fresh public consultation (Regulation 14) on the Neighbourhood Plan starting on 28 May 2026.
The period for making representations to Rye Town Council runs from 12 noon, Thursday 28 May 2026 until 12 noon, Thursday 9 July 2026.
