The audit of accounts for Rye Town Council for the year ended 31 March 2025 has been concluded and the accounts have been published.
The Annual Governance & Accountability Return, including the auditor’s certificate and opinion, is available for inspection and copying by any Local Government Elector of the area of Rye Town Council.

External Auditors Report 2024-25
In relation to the External Auditors Report, please note: Rye Town Council strongly refutes the auditor’s assertion that Section 2 of the AGAR was not signed by the Responsible Financial Officer before approval and will be lodging formal complaint.
